Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Accommodation: Accommodation provided in Porto Portugal

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Italian Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Porto Portugal. You will assist Italianspeaking customers providing expert advice and resolving inquiries. The role operates Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM with weekends off. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of your employment in Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer support in Italian via phone email and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries resolve issues and provide clear and accurate product information.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
- Stay uptodate with company products services and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Log customer interactions in the CRM system ensuring proper followup and tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company guidelines and processes to maintain consistent service quality.
- Be flexible with working hours when necessary including occasional shift adjustments.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced onsite environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
