Job Description
Role: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Kansas City MO
Key Skills and Experience:
- Electrical Expertise: Proven ability to manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
- Project Management: 5 10 years of experience (commercial focus) strong in budgeting scheduling and financial reporting.
- Leadership: Talent acquisition team development and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Business Development: Strategic planning to grow client base and revenue.
- Safety and Compliance: Promotes a culture of safety and ensures adherence to regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects efficiently maintaining a minimum 20% gross profit margin.
- Oversee budgets schedules invoicing and cost analysis.
- Cultivate strong client relationships achieving high satisfaction scores.
- Drive business growth with $2M revenue target in year 1 $4M in year 2.
- Lead teams through all project phases while implementing process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 10 years of commercial project management experience.
- Strong planning prioritization and safety focus.
- Commitment to accountability and high performance standards.
