The Graduate Specialist Program is a fulltime structured training program designed for recent graduates to gain experience in Industrial Hydraulics. As part of this program you will work closely with teams across different departments learn about Bosch Rexroth and contribute to meaningful projects. The program offers excellent career development opportunities and is designed to accelerate your professional growth into a future leadership or specialist role within the organization.
- Participate in a rotational program working in various departments such as sales engineering manufacturing product management and marketing. The rotation includes a duration abroad (36 months).
- Work on projectbased assignments to gain handson experience in Industrial Hydraulic Applications.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors for guidance and career development.
- Assist with data analysis reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Attend training sessions workshops and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge in your field.
- Contribute to team projects providing fresh insights and innovative ideas.
- Build professional relationships and networks within the organization.
- Receive regular feedback and evaluations to track performance and development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution (ex. CHEA)
- A strong mechanical background; aptitude to conceptualize product(s) application(s) functions and solutions
- High degree of accuracy and efficiency in performing complicated tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability/willingness to learn and apply knowledge of industrial hydraulic principles products and functions
- Aptitude toward work environments that include being in front of customers both internal and external work teams as well as working independently
- Excellent negotiating interpersonal organizational verbal and written communication skills
- Good sound judgment and decisionmaking abilities
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Previous internship or relevant experience in the industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM Software AutoCAD or other CAD software OutSystems programming or equivalent
