Job Description
Opportunity to lead an extraordinary team of food and beverage professionals in crafting and executing worldclass dining experiences. Ensure visitors and guests are delighted by the quality creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings and our culinary reputation is second to none in our market. As a member of our Executive Team you will have accountability for all food and beverage departments and be a champion of the brand and our values.
- Develop and execute innovative food and beverage strategies.
- Manage and inspire a talented team of culinary and service professionals.
- Remain personally responsible for maximizing quality levels of product service and guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with all stakeholders.
- A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and longterm financial objectives adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens.
- Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection culture.
Qualifications :
- Five or more years operating experience in a similar capacity in a top restaurant group or luxury hotel Food & Beverage department.
- Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams.
- Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail
- Strong aptitude in financial management financial reports and analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Experience in completing administrative tasks including reporting budgeting and project management.
- Must meet goals for key metrics. Guest Satisfaction in culinary Employee Satisfaction in culinary Food Cost.
