Primary responsibility is to gain 100% market share within your categories channels and markets and to implement strategic approaches to deliver monthly quarterly and yearly sales goals.
- Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for National Accounts and Regional Retailers as assigned with the purpose to convert promote and consolidate key categories to Freud / Diablo.
- Strategically manage ongoing relationships with customers via account planning and sales forecasting processes
- Support existing National Accounts through direct sales to larger locations and development of others through direct interaction with inside and outside sales staff
- Provide all customers with product knowledge support demonstrations and quality business recommendations
- Participation in all National initiatives and strategies
- Collect and communicate information about field activities such as competitive applications product trends and strategic pricing to the General Manager as required.
- Assist sales team by attending trade shows grand openings dealer events and conduct product demonstrations.
- Assist with store planning marketing promotions merchandising and planogram integrity
Qualifications :
- College/University degree required
- 6 years of relevant experience managing key accounts and/or regional partners in a pressurized environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Teams etc).
- Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Candidate is organized and systematic with managing their workload
- Power tool/Power tool Accessory knowledge/experience an asset
