Job Description

TITLE Home Health/Hospice RN

LOCATION Lowville NY 13367

PAY $63/hr on w2

Number of Weeks: 13 with an extension

Shift Information: Days 8 hrs and 40 hrs weekly

REQUIREMENTS

RN NY License
BLS
2 years of Home Health/Hospice RN experience

IMMUNIZATIONS

Hep B MMR Varicella
Covid or Exemption
TB FLU Physical within one year or willing to take
