For the Autohero brand we are looking for a Head of Sales Retail responsible for managing and leading the sales force dedicated to the B2C market.
Qualifications :
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Team Leaders supporting them in their work with inside sales representatives responsible for the telephone sales of used cars.
- Oversee the sales teams performance by monitoring key KPIs such as outbound and inbound calls; develop an organized structure for outbound calls defining precise intervals for lead followups and ensuring process effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor existing KPIs identify new success metrics and ensure the teams meet the defined targets.
- Analyze data to identify trends improve processes and implement targeted corrective actions.
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve the skills and performance of Team Leaders and inside sales representatives.
- Collaborate with other company departments to ensure efficient workflows aligned with strategic goals.
- Create clear and structured reports to present sales results and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years in a sales management role preferably in telephone sales or a similar environment.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of Team Leaders and sales representatives fostering a positive and resultsdriven work environment.
- Datadriven approach: Excellent ability to analyze data identify opportunities and make informed decisions based on quantitative insights.
- KPI knowledge: Experience in defining monitoring and optimizing KPIs for sales teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English.

Informazioni aggiuntive :
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Italy at Via Perin Del Vaga 2 Milano and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 09:0018:00. (Remote work is included)
