Reach your full potential as Head of Sales
As Head of Sales you are the strategic leader driving the sales activities of our NonFood Retail division. You will inspire and lead a dynamic team taking the initiative to expand our business within this emerging market. In this role you not only manage and grow some of our key accounts but also play a crucial part in seizing new market opportunities and expanding our client portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with departments such as Purchase and Operations to create synergy and maximize impact. You report to the division Director. Your commercial drive strategic vision and unifying approach will ensure our sales organization continues to grow and excel.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team driving the achievement of ambitious growth targets.
Manage and further develop key accounts.
Actively explore and secure new business opportunities to strengthen our market position.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to fully capitalize on market potential.
Work collaboratively with internal departments such as Purchase and Operations to optimize organizational performance.

You have a get the work done mentality and are committed to delivering quality in everything you and your team do. You are also willing to travel as part of your role.
You have:
A completed Masters degree is a plus.
Relevant work experience in a similar role.
Strong commercial and strategic insight combined with excellent negotiation skills.
Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
Ambition to grow with the organization and actively seize opportunities.
Fluency in both Dutch and English; proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
