Job Description

About This Role:

ServiceNow is looking for an experienced PreSales Solution Consultant to serve as a Service Provider Specialist for midmarket customers and prospects. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers design architect and adopt ServiceNowpowered solutions that drive their business success. Your expertise will ensure that customers achieve their goals and experience the full value of the ServiceNow platform.

Youll guide customers through the solution design process and help define solution roadmaps aligned with their strategic objectives. Success in this role will be measured by customer adoption solution impact and revenue growth within the Service Provider segment.

This is a midlevel individual contributor role with commensurate expectations of performance professionalism integrity and problemsolving skills.

Experience That Will Help You Stand Out:

  • Previous presales experience working with Service Providers Managed Service Providers (MSPs) BPOs SIs and IT service organizations
  • Handson experience with ServiceNow technologies such as Customer Service Management (CSM) Domain Separation Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) IT Service Management (ITSM) Service Provider Account Lifecycle Events SPM and Service Bridge
  • Experience designing and launching Service Provider solutions for midmarket customers
  • Ability to manage a complex territory prioritize effectively and identify highpotential customer opportunities
  • ServiceNow platform development experience and familiarity with competing product suites
  • Experience delivering solution roadmaps and aligning technology to business outcomes

  • Engage with MidMarket Customers: Collaborate with Service Providers to understand their business challenges and design solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Lead Solution Design: Create and present architectures and solution roadmaps aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Conduct Demonstrations: Lead demonstrations of ServiceNows platform capabilities.
  • Deliver Business Value Selling: Articulate the business outcomes and ROI that customers can achieve with ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Serve as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Stay Current on ServiceNow Developments: Maintain uptodate knowledge of ServiceNow products releases and industry trends.
  • Create Thought Leadership Content: Develop solution briefs case studies and technical presentations to support customer engagements.
  • Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work with Sales Product and Marketing teams to support customer success and strategic account planning.
  • Mentor and Share Best Practices: Contribute to knowledgesharing initiatives such as white papers workshops and technology sessions.

Qualifications :

What You Need to Be Successful in This Role:

  • 3 years of Solution Consulting or PreSales experience
  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business IT or Communications
  • ServiceNow advanced certifications (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect) are a plus
  • Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles for cloud platforms including XaaS SaaS PaaS and automation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to quickly understand new issues and concepts (nimble learning)
  • Excellent collaboration communication and influence skills to navigate complex customer organizations
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the challenges faced by Service Providers and IT organizations
  • Selfmotivated with a bias for action and a focus on delivering results

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $104850 $162525 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
