Virtual Kitchen Marketing Manager Asia & Latin America
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Virtual Kitchen Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts
across our Asia and Latin America locations. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing
strategies to drive brand awareness increase customer acquisition and optimize the performance of our
virtual kitchen brands. The ideal candidate has deep regional expertise strong analytical skills and the
ability to thrive in a fastpaced innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
o Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for virtual kitchen brands across
Asia and Latin America.
o Leverage data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritize
campaigns.
o Create and manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search social media
influencer partnerships email marketing and inapp marketing.
2. Brand Management
o Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all virtual kitchen brands in
both regions.
o Adapt global marketing assets to align with local cultural and consumer preferences.
3. Performance Optimization
o Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost
(CAC) return on investment (ROI) and brand engagement.
o Continuously optimize marketing strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce
churn.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
o Work closely with crossfunctional teams including operations culinary and product
development to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
o Partner with local delivery platforms and aggregators to enhance visibility and
promotions.
5. Regional Expertise
o Conduct market research to understand customer preferences competitive landscapes
and emerging trends in the food delivery and virtual kitchen industry.
o Tailor campaigns to resonate with diverse cultural nuances in Asia and Latin America.
6. Budget Management
o Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across regions and campaigns.
o Ensure spending aligns with strategic priorities and delivers measurable results.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Masters preferred).
5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on food delivery virtual kitchens or ecommerce.
Proven track record of managing multiregional marketing campaigns particularly in Asia and
Latin America.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms tools and analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problemsolving skills
