What you will be doing
Manage the F&B P&L
Achieve results and targets of the Food and Beverage operation and monitor them on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis
Control the quality of product service and venues while continually touring and auditing various F&B venues in the country
Provide guidance and support for venue managers and partners to maximize F&B profitability
Identify potential partnerships for all country restaurant and bar areas and execute in coordination with the Head of Country and global directive
Train and mentor location Food and Beverage staff
Support the VP of Global F&B in designing specifying and structuring all Food and Beverage Products in your country
Identify negotiate and onboard potential internal and external F&B partners abiding by Selina standards working with the Global F&B Department for guidance and approval.
Lead the process of monitoring and driving compliance with F&B standards
Lead the rollout and oversight of Selinas Food & Beverage Offerings: including concepts formats (cafes bars restaurants) layouts and menus
Develop our approach to scale F&B Products and maintain global standards while opening multiple locations with an authentic locally relevant offering
Primary business partner in the development and rollout of a technology stack to control and support our F&B business (POS inventory management etc.) performance in different locations creating improvement plans and sharing best practices across locations
Cooperate with revenue management and commercial teams to achieve revenue targets and breakfast sales targets
Cooperate with B2B sales teams to achieve event sales targets
Lead the recruitment of all F&B staff in your country
What you need for the role
Bilingual: English and Native Language of the Country of Location
Min. 7 years experience in various F&B roles with a minimum of 2years multilocation experience with P&L and operational ownership
Expertise in F&B matters in general and in Service Sales and Marketing in particular
P&L mastery
Great communication and organization skills.
