Job Description
At AM PM we create highquality bathroom products for modern living. As we grow were seeking a proactive ERP and IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations support ERP users and drive automation projects.
Join our innovative team and help us achieve new goals!
Tasks
- Provide user consultation and training on the ERP system (1C) and participate in automation projects.
- Configure and maintain workstations (Windows Mac) and respond to user requests.
- Set up configure and monitor WiFi networks and networking equipment.
- Manage and maintain printers and related hardware.
- Support and maintain servers ensuring their availability and performance.
- Administer Active Directory (AD) domains and related services.
- Perform backup operations and ensure data recovery readiness.
Technology Stack:
- Intermediate Level: 1C 8.1/8.3 MS SQL 2022
- Junior Level: Active Directory (Windows Server 2022) DNS DHCP RemoteApp Terminal Services
- VMware ESXi/vCenter HyperV KVM Ubuntu
- Mikrotik Zabbix
Requirements
- Proven experience in ERP systems support preferably 1C.
- Solid knowledge of server administration and networking concepts.
- Proficient in English and Russian languages
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
