Job Description
Job Summary
This position entails leading a technical team with a focus on Appian development and implementing Agile methodology. The role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects ensuring Appian solutions meet business requirements and driving Agile best practices within the team. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design development and deployment of appian applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the appian platform.
3. Implement and champion agile practices and methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
4. Conduct code reviews troubleshoot technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices in appian development.
5. Mentor team members on appian development agile principles and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
6. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in appian solutions and agile processes.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in designing and developing solutions using appian including building business processes integrations and user interfaces.
2. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
3. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders team members and drive collaboration.
4. Problemsolving skills to analyze complex technical issues propose solutions and make informed decisions.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
6. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Certifications: Appian Level 2 Certification or higher is preferred.
Lead the design and architecture of Appian applications ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Appian platform.
Guide and advise Appian Developers in implementing effective Appian solutions while adhering to development best practices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of Appian technology.
Ensure that highquality documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle including design documents technical specifications and user manuals.
Demonstrate leadership qualities by providing guidance mentorship and support to the Appian development team.
Stay up to date with Appian platform updates new features and industry trends and actively share knowledge with the team.
