Job Description
AUTO OFFER
Fort Wayne Indiana
Cardiovascular ICU and Stepdown RN
Weekly Gross $2329.20 (includes $1150 taxfree stipends)
Blended Rate $64.70
OT $85.00
Shift: 5P5A every other weekend no call required (voluntary offered call). No block scheduling.
RTO blackout dates: no RTO holiday weeks
Duration: 13 weeks
Scope of role: All CVIC nurses rotate between ICU and stepdown
Patio Ratio: 2:1 ICU and 4:1 Stepdown
Required years of experience: 2 years ICU experience CVIC preferred
Certifications required: BLS & ACLS
Required skills: Invasive line monitoring central lines ventilators chest tubes vasoactive drips bedside procedures
Approved orientation dates: Must start on Monday of pay period start 2/10/25 and every two weeks thereafter
Float requirements: other ICUs
Number of beds in unit: 42 total 22 ICU 20 Stepdown
Dept scrub color: Navy Blue
EMR used: Cerner
