Job Description
The Web Experience and Development Manager Europe is responsible for developing and executing a strategic approach to Procores digital presence in the region. This role focuses on managing the website as a critical tool to drive demand growth and revenue. With a strong technical foundation and a creative mindset you will ensure the website delivers exceptional user experiences supports marketing and sales objectives and reinforces Procores position as the construction platform of choice.
As a selfstarter with deep technical expertise and a knack for problemsolving you will thrive in a collaborative fastpaced environment. Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to optimize website performance increase conversions and build meaningful connections with customers prospects and partners in the Europe market.
This role can be based in our Dublin or London Office and we are looking for someone to start immediately.
What Youll Do:
- Define and execute the Europe web strategy ensuring alignment with regional marketing goals and global web standards.
- Work along side the global COEs to manage the regional websites architecture ensuring scalability usability and performance by building and maintaining highquality engaging experiences tailored to our Europe audience.
- Continuously improve the websites user experience (UX) by leveraging insights from user behavior analytics and testing.
- Implement best practices for SEO ensuring high visibility and discoverability in regional markets.
- Working with the global COEs oversee website development and maintenance ensuring seamless integrations with marketing and sales technologies (e.g. Salesforce Marketo Demandbase and Braze).
- Manage and optimise website tracking and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for decisionmaking.
- Track analyze and report on website performance metrics identifying opportunities to improve traffic engagement and conversion rates.
- Use A/B testing and other methodologies to inform datadriven enhancements.
What Were Looking For:
- 8 years of experience managing websites in multiple languages ideally for B2B SaaS technology or a similar industry.
- Strong track record in website optimization UX/UI design and technical problemsolving.
- Proficiency in building and managing content within CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Contentful ).
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms like Adobe Target.
- Experience in working with Translation management tools like Smartling
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align website initiatives with broader marketing objectives combined with a analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
