ReactReact Native Developer

We are seeking mid or senior engineers to join our Frontend team consisting of 12 React/React Native and 8 Angular experts engaged in diverse projects across industries like media education fintech and healthcare. Our clients include leaders in their industries such as Lexia CoinMe Napster and Beazley but also exciting nongovernmental organizations like ASCAP and Phoenix.

Responsibilities(Mid level engineers):

• Designing estimating and implementing technical solutions for medium/high complexity React/React Native applications 
• Taking a part in the whole SDLC lifecycle 
• Effectively collaborating with the team and clients staff 
• Sharing experience and knowledge gained from projects 

Responsibilities(Senior level engineers):

• Delivering complex features both independently and within the team 
• Increasing code quality and maintainability through discussions and code review 
• Setting up the frontend architecture enforcing best practices and conventions 
• Taking part in decisionmaking with the team client and other stakeholders 
• Mentoring 
• Dev leading on projects if you have a tendency for that track 

Qualifications :

What do we expect from you 

• 3 years in software development for midlevel engineers or 5 years for senior level engineers 
• At least 3 years of experience with React and/or React Native 
• Excellent knowledge of React and/or React Natives ecosystem and best practices 
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript JavaScript and CSS 
• Experience with state management Redux RTK or similar 
• Experience with testing Jest Cypress or similar 
• Writing clean and sustainable code 
• Fluent in English 

Bonus points if you have experience: 

• With both web and mobile domain 
• With Storybook and custom design systems 
• Or general knowledge of solutions for writing CSS like styledcomponents and Tailwind 
• Or general knowledge of React frameworks such as Next.js or Remix 
• Or general knowledge of modern frontend tooling such as Vite 
• With different architectures such as microfrontends or monorepos 
• With other frameworks and technologies (backend databases CI/CD or similar)
