Job Description
Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications including deployment monitoring maintenance and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all requests incidents and queries are properly triaged in the Service Management tool within agreed SLAs.
- Evaluate business processes identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct requirements analysis to understand objectives clearly.
- Document and effectively communicate results.
- Collaborate with clients technicians and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
- Ensure solutions meet both business needs and technical requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience as L2 Support Engineer.
- Proficient in English language (B2 or higher).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customerfacing roles.
- Basic understanding of Internet fundamentals (e.g. Servers Packages IPs Clients).
- Proficiency in SQL or MS Excel for data processing and reporting.
- Organized methodical and structured approach to work.
- Ability to identify trends and interpret data using statistics.
- Foundational technical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated and proactive attitude.
- Curiosity and strong business acumen.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Windows or Linux administration.
- Previous experience in analyst roles.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA C Python or Java.
- Experience in SQL database administration.
- Skills in defining and designing CM standards for technology.
- Background in IT customer service support operations and project management.
- Understanding of SLA structures.
