We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager Africa to join our team in Dsseldorf Germany. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our operations across the African continent.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in Africa
- Lead and motivate a highperforming sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across the region
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Forecast sales set targets and report on performance metrics
- Travel extensively within Africa to support local teams and meet with clients
- Adapt sales strategies to align with diverse cultural and business practices across African markets
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering marketing or business administration with a technical background
- Three to five years of sales experience at least in similar complex and longterm projects
- Very good English French and Arabic skills in spoken and written any additional language is nice to have
- Flexibility and ability to travel internationally
