Job Description
Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design build and release software products in multiple programming languages frameworks and libraries. Always collaborating with crossfunctional project teams our developers are adaptable problemsolvers with a clientoriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Designs estimates and implements technical solutions for medium to highcomplexity applications.
- Actively participates in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
- Collaborates with project stakeholders to clarify requirements processes architecture and priorities.
- Recommends and promotes industry standards tools and practices (e.g. DevOps) to ensure wellengineered software products.
- Proposes improvements and escalates risks or issues related to development activities.
- Reviews the work of development team members and provides constructive feedback.
- Learns and applies new technologies tools and practices as required by the project.
- Engages in internal and external tech communities events and discussions.
- Shares knowledge and experience gained from projects to contribute to team growth.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in JavaScript and Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of programming paradigms (OOP Functional) and familiarity with design/architectural patterns (e.g. SOLID GoF MVVM) and clean code principles.
- Practical experience with database systems (SQL) version control systems like Git and testing/mocking frameworks.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS.
- Nice to have: Experience with React Angular Node.js Next.js NestJS Webpack and Babel.
- Familiar with communication protocols and standards (e.g. HTTP REST JSON TCP/IP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM KANBAN) and knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
