Job Description

We are currently looking for a CH/ FR Payroll & Administrative Specialist.
The aim of this position is to ensure that payroll operations are handled accurately efficiently and in compliance with legal regulations for our France and Switzerland language camp seasonal staff.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:


Payroll Management

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time for the CH Spring camp and CH Summer Camps in collaboration with our local fiduciary in Switzerland.
  • Processing payroll accurately and on time for the FR Summer Camps in collaboration with our local fiduciary in France.
  • Manage payroll and tax implications for employees residing in one country but working in the other.
  • Calculate and process salaries for our Alpadia School in Montreux on monthly basis in collaboration with our local fiduciary in Switzerland.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws labor regulations and organizational policies.
  • Assisting employees with payrollrelated questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicating updates regarding payroll policies.


Administrative & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records in accordance with Swiss / France data protection laws.
  • Ensure compliance with both Swiss and French labor laws tax regulations and social security systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations in both countries (e.g. GDPR).
  • Effectively communicate with employees and external agencies (e.g. tax authorities)
  • Assist with French and Switzerland administration employees registration
  • Establish work certificate when requested.

 

Other tasks (during nonpeak periods)

  • Support on different logistics tasks in the HQ KLG office.
  • WD support & administration
  • Support with any task related to HR

Qualifications :

Essential

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with potential employees and build positive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines
  • Ability to understand and use key ICT packages relevant to the role

 

Desirable

  • Previous payroll experience ideally in a high volume seasonal organisation
  • Experience of working in payroll field in France and/or Switzerland
