Your Role:
As the Value Proposition Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that ensure optimal market access for a neurology asset. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address payer needs anticipate market changes and create value propositions that will drive success in achieving reimbursement and access goals.
You will be responsible for:
- Market Assessment & Strategy: Deliver market assessments including pricing and reimbursement levels and shape the market access launch strategy.
- DataDriven Messaging: Analyze customize and transform economic and clinical data into compelling messages for payers regulators providers and budget holders to secure access and reimbursement.
- Brand Positioning: Define brand positioning with market access stakeholders and articulate strategies with brand teams (BT).
- Drive Insightful Strategy: Articulate predicted payer and payer influencer decision drivers and unmet needs to brand teams to ensure a holistic situation analysis.
- Collaborative Impact: Highlight crossfunctional impacts of anticipated changes in the payer environment to brand teams enhancing their anticipation of future trends.
- Innovative Solutions: Recommend appropriate beyond the pill solutions and enhance team proposals to ensure optimal investment levels.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities and collaborate crossfunctionally to engage in win: win partnerships with traditional and nontraditional stakeholders positively influencing product access.
- Investment Management: Manage brand investment in market access ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Qualifications :
Prerequirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in market access strategy or payer engagement within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- Solid working knowledge of HEOR principles
