The role:

As our Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 clients serving as their main point of contact. Your goal is to drive their success on our global container marketplace by ensuring regular transactions on our platform.

Were looking for a proactive independent and organized professional who can build strong client relationships. You should be comfortable with daily calls and committed to providing ongoing support.

Reporting to (our Team Lead Account Management) you will collaborate closely to align on strategy and drive success in the North American market. Your focus will be on growing the region by driving product adoption increasing transactions and maximizing revenue. You will also manage contract renewals and upsells while fostering longterm business relationships.

Location:

This is a fully remote position within Brazil with a preference for candidates based in So Paulo. The working hours for this role will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (So Paulo time) to align with U.S. market hours. Please note that this position is offered as afreelance contract with unlimited tenure.

Your Impact:

  • Customer onboarding and product adoption: You will help our new clients quickly onboard onto our platform and make sure they are set up for success.
  • Transactions and commissions: You will drive more container trades and maintain steady growth month over month.
  • Customer retention: You will focus on maximizing renewals and upsells ensuring strong customer retention and 100% MRR.
  • Customer Escalation Management: You will address and resolve customer disputes promptly keeping escalation rates low and satisfaction high.

Requirements

What makes you the PERFECT match

  • You have 25 years of experience as an Account Manager managing large SMB portfolios ideally in a Marketplaces SaaS or Logistics environment.
  • You excel at building and maintaining B2B relationships understanding client needs inside and out.
  • You are a true gogetter: eager to jump on calls pursue new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • You are proactive handson and driven always up for tackling new challenges.
  • You are fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus) and communicate clearly and effectively.
