The role:
As our Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 clients serving as their main point of contact. Your goal is to drive their success on our global container marketplace by ensuring regular transactions on our platform.
Were looking for a proactive independent and organized professional who can build strong client relationships. You should be comfortable with daily calls and committed to providing ongoing support.
Reporting to (our Team Lead Account Management) you will collaborate closely to align on strategy and drive success in the North American market. Your focus will be on growing the region by driving product adoption increasing transactions and maximizing revenue. You will also manage contract renewals and upsells while fostering longterm business relationships.
Location:
This is a fully remote position within Brazil with a preference for candidates based in So Paulo. The working hours for this role will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (So Paulo time) to align with U.S. market hours. Please note that this position is offered as afreelance contract with unlimited tenure.
