We are on the lookout for anexceptional individual to fill the role of Leisure Centre Manager for aprominent operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an excitingopportunity to join a vibrant leisure management business that offers fantasticprospects particularly for those aspiring to become a General Manager in thefuture.
As the Leisure Centre Manageryou will oversee the daily operations of the facility including opening andclosing procedures. You will directly manage the Duty Managers and their teamsensuring smooth operation and high standards throughout the centre.
In this role you will serve asthe face of the business. Therefore we are seeking candidates with substantialoperational experience in the leisure industry. You should have a successfultrack record of managing operations in a largescale centre and possess anatural talent for leading and inspiring a diverse staff team.
Your background should includemanagement of poolside activities with a focus on ensuring all staff membersare adequately trained and hold current NPLQ qualifications. Candidates mustpossess an NPLQ qualification or be willing and capable of obtaining it.
We are looking for drivenindividuals dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for membersthriving in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike. A handsonapproach a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills areessential. In addition to managing facility operations you will also focus onleading and developing your team.
