The role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing department you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative demand generation strategies that drive business growth and expand our global member base.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with Sedexs business objectives and revenue targets
  • Create detailed marketing plans that match your business goals and target audiences.
  • Create and manage the entire campaign process across different channels including online social media email webinars events and direct mail. Make sure each initiative fits with our goals of growing in important areas.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics analyse results and optimize campaigns based on performance data to ensure maximum impact and alignment with Sedexs growth strategies.
  • Work with different departments to create a process for choosing which accounts to work with. Use account data models to find the best ways to get involved and grow.
  • Ensure stakeholders are kept involved and understand whats happening with the program. Make sure campaigns are done on time and that the Sales team follows up on accounts/leads in a timely way.
  • Use data and industry best practices to provide indepth analysis insights and interpretation optimizing programs and plays for target accounts to support our expansion in environmental and regulatory sectors.
  • Be accountable for driving target account engagement pipeline and revenue goals contributing directly to Sedexs strategic growth objectives.


Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation Marketing preferably in the technology sector
  • Successfully created and implemented marketing programs that increase demand and build customer relationships. These programs include email digital direct mail events webinars and more.
  • Experience in marketing cloud/SaaS products and solutions particularly in sectors related to environmental impact partnerships and regulatory compliance.
  • Comprehensive skills in HubSpot Salesforce 6Sense Google ad suite
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • A deep understanding of pipeline and account engagement analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Selfmotivated able to work autonomously be creative efficient and productive.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
