Position Summary
The Visa Disputes Product Management team designs implements and manages onbehalfof dispute products targeting Visa issuers throughout the world. We are seeking a Product Analyst Issuer Disputes Platform Management with the vision passion and commitment to support global product strategy.
As a Product Analyst your primary responsibility will be to assist with tech projects for the Issuer Disputes Product Management Team supporting parts of the technical project lifecycle from inception to deployment. Success in this role requires the ability to cultivate both internal and external client relationships and support multiple projects concurrently.
A key part of your role will be gathering business processes into understandable requirements ensuring the information is clear to technology Program Managers Product offices and business operations partners.
Responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
Familiarity with requirements documentation and project management methodologies.
Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
Excellent written presentation and oral communication skills.
Selfmotivated individual capable of managing workload with supervision.
Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with business product and technology partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities assignments and roles.
Ability to collaborate across functional areas global regions and with key stakeholders.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Scrum / Agile certification.
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $100000 to $149550 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
