AstralPool is looking for a dynamic motivated high performing Technical Sales Advisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with technical sales enquiries and providing a high level of customer service.
You will have a great existing client base and you will be expected to add to your client base by developing effective working relationships.
Based in our Head Office in Fareham Hampshire.
The job includes:
- Handling technical and sales enquiries from customers via the telephone and email in a prompt and efficient manner
- Build lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers
- Liaise with customers relevant departments and any necessary third parties regarding product availability delivery times & other relevant circumstances
- Attending Trade Shows and Company led seminars (as and when required)
- Deal with all technical queries referred by the Sales Order Processing department
- Provide capacity for processing sales orders as demand dictates
- Promote product initiatives and assist in the promotion of designated lines
What you will bring to the role
- Previous experience of businesstobusiness sales/technical support
- Account Management or previous sales experience
- Technical skills/practical thinker with a strong sale focus
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
