Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Shopify Developerto join our partners rapidly growing global team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for thriving in a hypergrowth MarTech scaleup environment with a fastpaced product developmentcycle. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging their skills in a dynamic organization and contributing to the success of a globally recognized categoryleading product.
Responsibilities:
- Develop programs applications and websites using PHP (Laravel) Golang and Node.js together with Vue.js and JavaScript
- Improve performance scalability and availability of the systems
- Develop cuttingedge web applications with a usercentric approach
- Troubleshoot any issues as they arise foresee and address potential problems proactively
- Collaborate with codevelopers and other related departments to ensure maximum efficiency and arrive at worldclass results
- Send regular updates about project status to related stakeholders
- Evaluate and take on tasks based on resolution priority and the greater company vision/goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or related departments
- 4 years of software product development experience
- Handson software product experience working with JavaScript and Vue.js
- Handson experience with Shopify apis (GraphQL and REST API)
- Experience in at least one of NodeJS PHP (Laravel as a plus) or Golang technologies
- Handson experience in Docker
- Be familiar with software code tools such as Git
- Have experience driving technical projects prioritizing work identifying dependencies facilitating technical decisions and crossfunctional team discussions
- Understanding of the Shopify App ecosystem including how they work and how they are implemented
- Knowledge about features such as Shopify app pixel Hydrogen or Liquid etc.
- Good command of English
- Handson experience in AWS (as a plus).
