Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (PH Candidates Preferred)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts for a fastgrowing retail business. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our online presence engaging with our community and driving brand awareness across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lifestyle branding an eye for design and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand values and business goals.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts including Instagram Facebook Twitter TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Create curate and schedule engaging content including photos videos graphics and written posts.
  • Monitor social media trends audience insights and platform updates to optimize content and strategies.
  • Interact with followers respond to comments and messages and foster an active engaged community.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to track growth engagement and ROI providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay compliant with all legal and regulatory guidelines related to industry advertising and promotion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role preferably in the lifestyle retail or wellness industries.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics social media insights).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding consistency.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (experience with Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferred).
  • Knowledge of marketing regulations and advertising best practices is a plus.
