This confidential search is for a motivated professional with experience in Fire Protection Construction or Manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source top talent and build relationships with competitors.
- Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting agencies on candidate selection.
- Manage interview scheduling and streamline communication.
- Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Draft offer letters and manage preemployment screenings.
- Create insightful recruitment reports and improve the hiring pipeline.
- Build high school and technical school recruitment programs.
- Travel up to 25% for recruiting initiatives.
Compensation
- Base salary: $5060k
- Quarterly bonuses for filled positions with total earning potential of $8090k!
What We’re Looking For
- A dynamic communicator who can connect with hourly employees and senior managers alike.
- A gogetter with 23 years of recruiting experience or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred).
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
