Job Description

Job Title: Mortgage Loan Originator

Contract: Fulltime position

Location: Southfield MI 48075

Shift: 1st shift

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in outbound calling to recruit potential clients build longlasting relationships and provide expert guidance through the home financing process. You will be responsible for generating leads educating clients about mortgage options and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Outreach:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

Identify client needs and present tailored mortgage solutions.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns referrals and personal networking.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Act as the main point of contact providing consistent communication throughout the loan process.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving concerns and providing updates on loan status.
