Job Description

As a Backend Developer youll play a crucial role in building scaling and optimizing the backbone of our platform. Tasks
Develop and Optimize APIs:
Design implement and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that are robust scalable and secure ensuring seamless integration with our partners and clients.
Database Management:
Design and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and reliability in largescale realtime environments (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).
Infrastructure & Scalability:
Collaborate with the team to build a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting rapid customer growth.
DevOps & Deployment:
Support the automation of infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and system monitoring using tools like Docker Kubernetes and Terraform.
Maintain System Reliability:
Ensure uptime system health and scalability by implementing monitoring logging and alerting solutions.
CrossTeam Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Frontend and AI teams to deliver highquality features and solutions that align with business objectives.
Security Best Practices:
Implement best practices for API and database security including authentication authorization and data protection.
Requirements
Experience:
4 years of experience in backend development with a focus on APIs and databases.
Experience in fastgrowing startups or dynamic environments is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in backend programming languages (e.g. Python Node.js or similar).
Strong expertise in API development (REST GraphQL) and database management (PostgreSQL MongoDB or similar).
Familiarity with microservices and eventdriven architecture.
Handson experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes Terraform CI/CD pipelines).
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
ProblemSolving Mindset:
Ability to analyze complex issues and come up with scalable maintainable solutions.
