  • Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsdriven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing direct client requirements in the IT consulting industry and will possess strong connections with key decisionmakers at leading companies
Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition Identify target and secure new business opportunities with direct clients in the IT industry
  • Relationship Management Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs
  • Sales Strategy Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Networking Utilize your extensive network of contacts to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Market Research Stay updated on industry trends client needs and competitive offerings to position our services effectively
  • Proposal Development Prepare and present compelling proposals and RFP responses to secure business deals
  • Collaboration Work closely with the Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
