Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data team in Labster. In this role you will assist in analyzing presenting and transforming data into actionable insights that help create actionable insights across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to grow their career in data analysis and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reports are accurate uptodate and accessible to stakeholders. Design and implement reports.
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations to provide data support for the development team using BI tools.
- Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Analyze impact of new features on the product KPIs.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders (content creators engineers community managers marketing etc) to support decision making.
- Stay updated on the latest BI tools trends and best practices.
- Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources
Competencies & Skills
- You love data!
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI QlikView).
- Good SQL and data transformation skills (python R Big Query spreadsheets).
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables vlookups etc.) and data manipulation.
- Experience in reports and creating dashboards.
- 1 years of experience with data or product analytics is not required but preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
