Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager Land Development
Location: Las Vegas NV
Job Type: FullTime
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Client is seeking a highly qualified Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our Las Vegas office. This role focuses on land development and requires expertise in civil engineering project design coordination and oversight. The successful candidate will lead design teams and ensure project completion in alignment with client and municipal requirements.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide leadership and direction to design staff on land development projects.

Oversee project design and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.

Coordinate with clients municipalities and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.

Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables.

Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for project design and development.

Maintain strong relationships with local municipal staff and adhere to their standards.

Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Required).

Experience: Minimum 58 years in civil engineering with a focus on land development (Preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Preferred but not required).

Licensure: Professional Registration as a Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada (Highly Preferred).

Familiarity with Local Standards: Experience working with local municipalities is a plus.
