Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with various stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs
Create and maintain systems and processes to transform raw data into insights
Develop and maintain BI reports
Create and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards
Ensure data quality consistency and reliability across all BI solutions
Monitor and optimize the performance of BI tools and systems
Required Skills
Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience with PowerBI Reporting Design
5 years of experience in PowerBI Data Visualization/Dashboard development
5 years of experience with RDBMS and Snowflake
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data manipulation analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Scripting (Batch/Shell/Java Script).
Competent to work on complex projects independently
Ability to think strategically (outsidethebox) and provide creative solutions
Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions.
Desired Skills
Experience with or understanding of HEDIS Star measures
Experience with or understanding of the Medicare and Retirement and/or Community and State lines of business
Working knowledge in Tableau SSRS
Working knowledge in CD/CI and Github
Working knowledge in Python
