Overview
The Inside Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in the organization by managing a portfolio of clients driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities building client relationships and meeting sales targets. The Inside Sales Specialist works closely with the sales team utilizing effective communication and sales techniques to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls emails and other forms of communication
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products or services
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales processes
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers on products pricing and delivery
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in inside sales telesales or similar role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools
