Job Description:
SAP Level 1 Support Engineer Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented SAP Level 1 Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing repair or warehousing functions as well as experience with SAP or ERP systems.
This role requires excellent communication and problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across various time zones geographies and cultures.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 support for SAP system addressing and resolving enduser issues Collaborate with L2 and shop teams in resolving enduser issues Communicate effectively with users to understand their issues and provide timely solutions Document and follow standard operating procedures for support activities Continuously learn and stay updated with the known problems and solutions
Qualifications:
Good understanding of manufacturing repair or warehousing functions Experience with using implementing or supporting SAP or ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problemsolving skills.
Ability to work with teams across time zones geographies and cultures.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Ability and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP knowledge Experience working in manufacturing repair or warehouses Experience in enduser tech support.
