Auto Claims Adjuster

What is in it for you:
Annual salary based on experience: $60.000 to $70.000.
Permanent fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
A stable schedule from Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm.
A hybrid work environment combining remote work and office presence (minimum two days per week at the Montr al office on Chabanel Street).
4 weeks of annual vacation from the start.

Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the auto collision claims process and investigate their claims while providing exceptional service.
Adhere to the companys best practices and regulatory requirements ensuring optimal service and claims management outcomes.
Work autonomously in a digital and collaborative environment.
Participate in ongoing training to update your skills and knowledge related to best practices in the field.
Contribute to special projects and provide recommendations to improve processes and customer experience.
What you will need to succeed:
College or university degree.
Claims Adjuster with a license from the Autorit des march s financiers (AMF) required.
Strong customer service experience.
Bilingual in English and French to assist clients in both languages.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Clientfocused and committed to exceeding their expectations.
Ability to adapt and embody the companys values.
Experience in the insurance or claims field is an asset.
