Bilingual Medical Claims Assistant Remote
We have an opening with our client in the insurance industry where you will play a vital role in supporting plan members across Canada through illness recovery and return to work. This position involves providing administrative support to the National Group Disability organization ensuring privacy and confidentiality in all communications while driving continuous improvement efforts.

4month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Review and assess external communications to ensure compliance with privacy protocols and clientspecific guidelines emphasizing attention to detail to prevent privacy breaches.
Reconcile inconsistent or inaccurate information providing feedback to case managers and leaders when expectations are unmet.
Analyze communication trends to document and recommend improvements.
Manage group email inbox efficiently meeting turnaround times while maintaining quality.
Support administrative tasks such as email communications tool referrals and processing invoices.
What you will need to succeed:
Postsecondary education (college or university level) is required.
Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Teams Excel OneNote OneDrive PowerPoint) and Adobe.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational prioritization and planning skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Analytical thinker who is proactive learns quickly and takes initiative.
Problemsolving skills with the ability to take ownership of issues and resolve discrepancies.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Experience in a healthrelated field and/or administrative office setting is an asset.
