Job Description
As part of our EICA division you will be working on a number of engineering activities on a
specific project or multiple projects dependent on capacity size and complexity. Projects
will include working on a variety of projects related to WasteWater Treatment Plants and
Fresh Water Treatment Plants. The day to day roles will vary depending on the scope of
the projects and you will be supported by a Project Manager.
Day to Day Role:
Take ownership of delegated projects and project issues
Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract for all assigned
projects
Evaluation of Client Specifications as well as liaising with Client and Client
Representatives
Communicate with the Project Manager Design Leads and SubConsultants
during the execution of the project
Interact with our multidisciplined engineering team partaking in the final design
equipment selection and procurement activities
Organising cocoordinating and managing design activities
while maintaining H&S in line with Veolia standards
Managing aspects of the project within defined budgets and agreed timelines
through monitoring and tracking for adherence with the project
brief and programme
Apply procedures in place related to contract execution
Qualifications :
Required skills for this role;
Minimum NFQ Level 8 degree in preferably Mechanical Engineering or a similar
Engineering discipline (Required)
Experience in mechanical installation (Desierable)
Ability to work on own initiative and effectively manage & coordinate design /site
activities
IT skills such as Microsoft Word Excel Project Power Point
Good organisational and time management skills
Selfmotivated
Strong communication and writing skills
Languages : English (fluent)
