The Job:

• Selling over the telephone, focusing on palletised products while leveraging a full product range
• Collaborating with field-based account managers to grow the business and cross-sell additional products
• Driving sales campaigns in partnership with Product Managers to generate leads for field sales teams
• Advising farmers on product selection, including straights, blends, moist/liquid feeds, minerals, forage/seed, and calf milk replacer
• Following up on leads generated by field sales teams for various feed product categories

The new Outbound Sales Team complements field operations by focusing on sales growth across key product areas. With a commercially driven, sales-focused approach, the team works closely with field sales to deliver outstanding results.

The Candidate:

• Highly motivated and results-driven with strong sales and closing skills.
• Degree or equivalent preferred, with at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in animal feed sales.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive go-to-market attitude.
• Customer-focused, computer literate, and experienced in CRM systems.
• A proven track record of identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
