Job Description
Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Singapore
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: 145000 per month
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Enforce company policies safety procedures and quality standards.
- Train and guide new employees to enhance their skills and work efficiency.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for operational support.
- Handle customer or client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records reports and documentation of work progress.
- Conduct team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Monitor inventory supplies and resources to ensure availability.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Certification in team leadership or supervision (preferred).
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
