Job Description

An exciting role as Nursery Regional Quality Manager offering a competitive salary up to 55k with a generous car allowance this role will cover 5 nurseries in the West London North West London Buckinghamshire and Bedfordsire areas.

As the Early Years Regional and Quality Manager your role will be to oversee and support the quality and operational management working hands on with the Managers to drive occupancy support financial performance with the overall focus being on high quality and compliance standards of care and education for all our children and families.

Requirements

As the Regional and Quality Manager we are looking that you have

Prior experience in a regional or senior management role within the early years sector

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted inspection processes

Excellent leadership skills with a talent for inspiring and developing teams

Strong interpersonal skills fostering a culture of trust openness and collaboration

A commitment to maintaining high standards of education and care driven by a passion for making a positive impact on children s lives

Support Nursery Managers and their teams to develop outstanding provisions together with being outstanding performers

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to set goals and identify target areas for growth.

Ability to set and manage budgets effectively.

Full UK Driving Licence
