Job Description
Our clients are based in the London and Home Counties (Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire) and are looking for an experienced Regional and Quality Manager to support their nurseries. You will need to be in a similar role have experience of multi site settings support a proven track record of Ofsted Inspections growing occupancy within nurseries together with supporting nurseries in all areas of finance marketing training quality and curriculum audits and ofsted inspections. A 40 hr working week salary is up to 55k depending on experience with a 5k car allowance.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
Have at least 6 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of running a day Nursery leading and supporting teams
Have at least 1 years experience of MultiSite Support / Management
Excellent knowledge of nursery manager finances recruitment occupancy marketings and Ofsted Inspections
Experience of Ofsted Inspections Internal and external audits
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
Clean Driving Licence
