This role as Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst (Short Haul) will see you ensuring industrial and regulatory obligations are met to provide efficient planning and timely scheduling for Cabin Crew across both the International and Domestic divisions. In addition will also be responsible for timely processing of transactions related to crew courses training ground duties leave regulatory compliance crew movements (including upgrades downgrades transfers etc) and other duties as required to ensure efficient bid period planning and optimum crew utilisation.

Youll have

• Proven PC proficiency with intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly developed time management and organisation skills
• Demonstrated team player and actively collaborates with colleagues
• A customer focused approach to problem solving
• Sound knowledge of excel (spreadsheets and formulas)
• Highly motivated and goal driven
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Superior Award/EBA knowledge and interpretation ability
