Job Title: Estimation Engineer
Work Location: Bangalore
Client Employer: A leading manufacturer of DG sets specializing in turnkey project execution and industrial noise control solutions.
Job Summary:
As an Estimation Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing tender documents estimating material and costs preparing technical data sheets and negotiating with vendors to secure the best prices. Youll play a crucial role in supporting the execution of DG set projects ensuring all requirements are met while maintaining attention to detail and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrutinize tender documents and evaluate project requirements
- Prepare material and cost estimates based on technical drawings
- Prepare prequalification documents and technical data sheets
- Float inquiries to suppliers and negotiate prices
- Prepare cost summaries and quotations
- Attend meetings and coordinate project timelines
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong planning project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
