About Mindler

Unlike many customer service teams youve seen Mindlers teams hold a crucial importance for the organization to run smoothly. Our customer team is the beating heart of our entire organization providing both our patients psychologists and partners with first class service by improving the experience of Mindler.

Having successfully expanded into three new markets in four years you are in a key position to significantly influence how new patients and psychologists view our product in our newest fourth market; Denmark!

The role:

As the Customer Service Representative DK you will be part of our nordic team based in Stockholm. You will mainly support our patients and psychologists with various inquiries e.g. assisting with appointments to technical support. You will often be the first point of contact so its down to you to be an ambassador for Mindler.

Our mission is to deliver firstclass service and help our patients and psychologists succeed together with us at Mindler. You will be working set hours with daily tasks such as:

  • Work daily in Zendesk and other channels with customerrelated matters.

  • Informing our Product team of feedback received from patients and psychologists

  • Communicating with stakeholders such as other health care providers GPs and insurance companies.

  • Contact our patients in Denmark and Sweden by phone to encourage them to book an appointment or assist them with technical questions

  • Assist with CSrelated matters in all markets (Nordics UK & NL) when needed.

This is a part time position with 510 hours per week.

Every patient that we see is different and we therefore look for people to join Mindler who are passionate about our cause and can empathize with people; whatever their problem were looking for individuals that live and breathe empathy understanding and patience. People who can bring heart to their conversations and embody our values at the same time.

Our HQ is located in Stockholm but cultural fit is just as important as technical ability and so were open to receiving applications from people based outside of Sweden if you fit the criteria.

You need to:

  • Thrive on delivering excellent customer service and have a background in customer support ideally in a similar role.

  • Have excellent communication skills (spoken and written English Danish and Swedish are a must).

  • Have a flexible mindset and be comfortable working in a fastchanging environment where you get the chance to influence how we work together.

  • Feel comfortable primarily working with the phone as your main tool to communicate with patients.

Its a plus if you have:

  • Startup experience.

  • Previous experience working in Zendesk or other customer service related systems.

  • Other language proficiencies.
