Digital Solutions team is responsible for wide range of digital payment ecosystem products for all types of partners: issuers acquirers merchants PSPs and fintech players.
Click to Pay is the new standard in online payments bringing the convenience and security that customers expect from using contactless payments to the online world. Click to Pay is built using the latest ecommerce industry specifications (EMV Secure Remote Commerce) that enables a simple faster and more secure ecommerce checkout experience for Visa cardholders. With Click to Pay we are transforming the online checkout experience by providing a secure checkout experience online removing the need to enter your 16digit card number look up passwords or fill out long forms to make a purchase. This team is also responsible for setting standards in the payment industry level (EMVCo and W3C) for digital commerce.
Based in Almaty (Kazakhstan) the Senior Solutions Manager for CISSEE role holder will work directly with clients as well as internal stakeholders delivering the digital solutions strategy. The role holder will be responsible for managing delivery of key programs including Tokenization Click to Pay (issuing side) and set of frameworks bundled under Digital Program Drive.
This client experienceoriented role will be a combination of solutioning technology architecture hands on technical support and client facing relationship. The role will require a deep working knowledge of tokenization principles card issuance and processing solutions.
The role holder will need to balance a technical fluency of our digital product suite with the commercial reality of our clients. Key is translating our digital roadmap into a compelling strategy that our clients understand agree and act on. A strong appreciation of the interaction of our solutions and how they impact our clients businesses will be needed.
Responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
