Job Description

Digital Solutions team is responsible for wide range of digital payment ecosystem products for all types of partners: issuers acquirers merchants PSPs and fintech players.

Click to Pay is the new standard in online payments bringing the convenience and security that customers expect from using contactless payments to the online world. Click to Pay is built using the latest ecommerce industry specifications (EMV Secure Remote Commerce) that enables a simple faster and more secure ecommerce checkout experience for Visa cardholders. With Click to Pay we are transforming the online checkout experience by providing a secure checkout experience online removing the need to enter your 16digit card number look up passwords or fill out long forms to make a purchase. This team is also responsible for setting standards in the payment industry level (EMVCo and W3C) for digital commerce.

Based in Almaty (Kazakhstan) the Senior Solutions Manager for CISSEE role holder will work directly with clients as well as internal stakeholders delivering the digital solutions strategy. The role holder will be responsible for managing delivery of key programs including Tokenization Click to Pay (issuing side) and set of frameworks bundled under Digital Program Drive.

This client experienceoriented role will be a combination of solutioning technology architecture hands on technical support and client facing relationship. The role will require a deep working knowledge of tokenization principles card issuance and processing solutions.

The role holder will need to balance a technical fluency of our digital product suite with the commercial reality of our clients. Key is translating our digital roadmap into a compelling strategy that our clients understand agree and act on. A strong appreciation of the interaction of our solutions and how they impact our clients businesses will be needed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the day to management of Visa digital products define and execute the GTM plan in close collaboration with crossfunctional teams to deliver best in class digital services
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the market teams in the following areas: Visa Token Service Click to pay. Lead program management activities and evolve product based on the clients feedback
  • Drive commercialization of digital products in CIS&SEE including directly working with clients to identify leads supporting client pitches maintaining pipeline of opportunities reporting to senior management on uptake and performance and working with crossfunctional teams to implement and promote product
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across clients develop a strong understanding of their strategy and utilize this to develop a bespoke approach to ensuring participation and compliance with Visas digital objectives
  • Monitors and measures the success of product delivery
  • Support regular crossfunctional communications both formally and informally to ensure the matrix team is aligned to and actively delivering against our goals
  • Manage financial business cases and revenue streams deliver on team KPIs and personal goals in his/her respective area.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business computer science technology or related field
  • 7 years of experience in payments industry digital or technology
  • A strong understanding of Digital payments and web/mobile/APIs technologies
  • Strong domain knowledge & prior implementation experience in Digital Products & payment technology solutions (in at least two of five key areas: Contactless/EMV Chip/NFC payments Issuance eCommerce Acceptance Tokenization)
  • Proven track record of high performance and recognized as a subject matter expert in digital payments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills presentation and public speaking skills
  • Creative thinking and innovative solution development an ability to translate product complexities into practical business solutions appropriate for Visas clients and partners.
  • Excellent client relationship and management skills board level meetings experience is a plus.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and an ability to drive consensus in cross regional and cross functional teams.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to achieve goals with minimal management oversight selfdirected and motivated
  • Travel: the role holder must have the ability to travel from time to time (57 times in a year)
  • Language Skills: fluent English Russian are mandatory. Working knowledge of other CIS languages or SerboCroatian would be a plus
