General Description
The Executive Director of Advanced Analytics will drive BeiGene’s vision for leveraging advanced analytics to support strategic decisionmaking and operational excellence across the global commercial organization. This leader will be pivotal in shaping and executing the company’s global commercial analytics strategy while fostering crossfunctional collaboration and innovation. The role would be reporting to the head of Global Operations and Business Analytics. The key responsibilities include:

Strategic Analytics Leadership
- Setting the vision and strategy for advanced analytics initiatives that align with BeiGene’s corporate goals and business priorities.
- Building and leading a highperforming analytics team ensuring delivery of actionable insights and impactful solutions across market access marketing and business operations.
- Championing a culture of innovation datadriven decisionmaking and accountability.
- Designing and implementing advanced analytics frameworks including customer segmentation predictive modeling risk assessment promotion response analysis and patient journey mapping.
- Providing strategic input for commercial planning market opportunity assessments and product development.
- Leading the team synthesizing data from multiple sources including market research secondary data and realworld evidence to generate robust insights that guide strategic and tactical decisions.
- Partnering with leaders across marketing market access clinical regulatory finance and sales to address complex business challenges and ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Collaborating with medical affairs and clinical trial teams to enhance program effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.
- Driving adoption of cuttingedge technologies such as machine learning artificial intelligence and GenAI solutions to improve efficiencies and uncover new opportunities.
- Staying at the forefront of industry trends in oncology and analytics to ensure BeiGene maintains a competitive edge.
- Representing BeiGene as a thought leader at key industry events conferences and forums.
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders vendors and key opinion leaders in the field of advanced analytics.
- Recruiting mentoring and retaining top analytics talent fostering a highperformance culture within the team.
- Defining and tracking clear goals KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of analytics initiatives and align with corporate objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in analytics practices.
- BA or BS with concentration in Life Sciences Marketing or Business
- 15 years of Expertise in commercial analytics. Experience in working with rare diseases and/or oncology datasets highly desired.
- 7 years of Proven leadership experience in building and managing analytics teams in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in advanced machine learning algorithms and AIdriven solutions.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with noncommercial stakeholders.
- Familiarity with implementing and optimizing GenAI technologies in biotech or pharmaceutical settings.
- All years of work experience may be gained concurrently.
