Job Description
- Lead the technical aspects of the PNG project managing a global team and driving technical problemsolving.
- Serve as a key interface with major Japanese automotive OEM clients ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage technical tasks in collaboration with domestic and international engineering teams based on client needs.
- Effectively manage time team resources and budget to ensure project success.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications :
Required Experience & Skills
Experience leading global project teams including managing QCD time and tasks.
Solid knowledge and experience in electrical engineering or related technical fields.
Businesslevel English proficiency (capable of smooth communication).
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to effectively utilize the PDCA cycle.
Desired Experience & Skills
Systems engineering or hardware engineering skills.
Required English Level
Business level or higher (capable of participating effectively in meetings presentations and daily communication).
