Job Description

  • Lead the technical aspects of the PNG project managing a global team and driving technical problemsolving.
  • Serve as a key interface with major Japanese automotive OEM clients ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Manage technical tasks in collaboration with domestic and international engineering teams based on client needs.
  • Effectively manage time team resources and budget to ensure project success.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Expansion of the PNG development project necessitates strengthening the project team.
  • This project is of strategic importance to the company requiring an experienced project manager to lead it to success.
  • The current team lacks a dedicated project manager and we are seeking an experienced candidate who can immediately contribute and provide technical leadership.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience leading global project teams including managing QCD time and tasks.

Solid knowledge and experience in electrical engineering or related technical fields.

Businesslevel English proficiency (capable of smooth communication).

Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to effectively utilize the PDCA cycle.

 

Desired Experience & Skills

Systems engineering or hardware engineering skills.

 

Required English Level

Business level or higher (capable of participating effectively in meetings presentations and daily communication).

 

English Usage Frequency
